2007 Fund Raiser--
THANK YOU!
How do I say "Thank you" to
all of the people who worked so hard to make "ALASTIC" Forever-DANCE ON! a huge success--a simple "Thank
You" doesn't seem to be nearly enough!
A very special "THANK YOU" to all of the dancers/performers
who put in endless rehearsal hours to make this show so enjoyable.
Dancers/performers from--
C. Anthony Cole Repertory Dance Theatre Sandra Foster-King Dance Ensemble-SCPA La Diego Dance Theater Unity 2 and Unity Dance Ensemble, San Diego Malcolm Jones, Poet Members of "Deep Rooted"
--the
BEST dancers/performers in Southern California!! To all of the Past Recipients
of The Jeremy M. Parrish Memorial Dance Scholarship who attended "ALASTIC" Forever-DANCE
ON! to support the scholarship fund.
To C. Anthony Cole, Production Manager, who put in endless
hours from concept to performance of this beautiful tribute to Jeremy!
To C. Anthony Cole, Sandra Foster-King,

with their dancers/ performers and Malcolm Jones, who wrote and recited a beautiful new poem specifically
for the event, "Stretching the Boundaries-Ode to Alastic".
To Rick Middlebrook
(Jeremy's brother) who drove from Bakersfield with his wife, Robin, and 7 month old baby girl, Mason, the day of the
performance to be "Master of Ceremonies" for both per-formances.
To Karen DeMaio and
Michelle Ford who worked tiredlessly transporting, setting up, tearing down and Karen was also in
charge of finding volunteers to fill the many positions--ticket sales, will call, food court, raffle, silent auction,
etc. and helping to make everything run smoothly. She also baked cookies for the food court!
To Michelle
Ford, Karen DeMaio, Robert Dickey, and David Willms who transported EVERYTHING that
you saw in the lobby area from my home to ECC the day of the performance (an unbelievable task!).
To Robin
Middlebrook, (Jeremy's sister-in-law) who, at the very last minute, made 12 "change aprons" for the volunteers
in the lobby area.
To Camellia Cook, an ECC executive, who worked with us from beginning to end
to ensure that all of our needs were met, guide us through the process, and helped to make the show a success and the ECC
Custodian who was constantly available to us throughout the day and evening for any custodial needs that came up.
To all of the many volunteers who worked, some for both shows, in the lobby area and behind the scenes
to help this show succeed--some of these people did not even know Jeremy, but were willing to help us with this tribute
to him!
To Michelle Ford, Karen DeMaio, Austin Dickey, Sandra Foster-King and family, Armond Washington,
Cessi, the ECC Custodian, and others who, even though they were totally exhausted from a very long day, stayed to
help clean up, pack up, and transport everything home after the last show.
